MADIYA AHMED KHAN'S POV:

✨[ NEXT DAY : FAMILY TIME ]

Me and Sarah both got ready,
As my mom informed we are having a get together with zayyan's family,
Which is now my family too.

I still couldn't believe the fact that I am finally married,
This isn't easy for me,
But I know what ever happens it's for the best,
And I strongly believe it.

I glanced at Sarah, who smirked at me,
"What?" I questioned,
"Missing someone ha" She said more like a statement.
And I rolled my eyes at her.

Heading downstairs I saw,
Everyone seated in the living room,
Aunty sat beside my mom,
Qasif and Aameen were sitting beside my Dad.
Ishan was sitting next to qasif.

My eyes flickered at the main door,
When I noticed, zayyan and Daniya,
Making their way in.
He smiled glancing at me,
And I scurried towards them.

Daniya came running to me and engulfed me in a hug,
I kissed her cheeks,
"I missed you so much my teddy bear" I said taking her in my arms.
She kissed my cheeks
"I missed you too" she said pouting.
I made her sit on the couch.

And I greeted everyone,
I turned to look at sarah,
And I was confused as to who she was glraing,
As she was continuously glaring at,
I turned my head to the same direction and to my surprise she was glaring at Aameen.

I nudge her shoulder to gain her attention,
And she did,
A big grin broke on her face and she took the glass of juice from the table and went to Aameen.

Before I could understand what was she up to,
She spelled a whole glass of juice on his suit,
He stood up abruptly,
And I covered my mouth with my hands.

"Oh, I am sorry," she said faking innocence,
He was glaring at her,
As if he'll rip her head if she stood there for more than a second.

Zayyan had knowing smile on his face,
"Aameen come, I'll show you the washroom" I said and guided him the way.

...............

After a having lunch together,
I took daniya to my room,
"So now tell me, my little girl what do you want to do?"
I questioned as she sat on my bed.

"Let's play" she suggested and I nodded,
As we played for few minutes,
We heard a knock on my door,
I made my way towards it,
Opening it I saw zayyan standing,
His hands raised, ready to knock again.

"So? How are you doing my wifey?" He questioned smirking,
It feels different hearing him call me his wife.

I bite my lips to keep myself from smiling,
"I was actually doing better, until I saw your face" I said faking irritation,
In a second I felt remorse as I saw pain in his eyes.

I opened my mouth to say something but i couldn't find the right words to say,
He faked a smile and headed down.
My heart tightened,
I shouldn't have said him that.

...................

I headed down,
Walking through the corridors of my house,
I could hear the laughing echo's in the living room,
Where everyone has been seated.

As I was walking,
My steps halted, when I heard a familiar voice,
I didn't want to eavesdrop,
But I heard it anyway,
"Brayden, you-" before ishan could complete his sentence I moved from there.

I was still thinking
what ishan is upto?
Why is he calling Brayden?
Does zayyan know about it?
As I was walking, still in my thoughts,
Suddenly someone grabbed my hands,
I glanced up at the person,
My eyes widened.

"Zayyan what are you doin-" before I could complete my sentence,
He pressed his thumb on my lips,
"Shh" he whispered,
Moving his hands on my back,
He zipped up my dress.

I stared at the floor in embarrassment,
How was I not conscious about my zip being open,
My eyes flickered back at his,
And he gave me his breathtaking smile,
Before I could say something,
He pressed his lips on my forehead,
His lips lingering there for a moment.

I could feel myself blushing,
My heart pounding against my chest,
I felt butterflies fluttering in my stomach.
He was about to say something when we both heard someone giggling.

Turning our head the other way,
We saw Sarah and Dani standing,
Sarah poured the whole bottle of water on the ground,
And we stared at her confused,
"What is she up to now?" I questioned zayyan, and he shrugged his shoulders.

Daniya clapped her hands squealing,
And Sarah grabbed daniya's hand,
And hid behind near by wall.
They both still didn't notice us.

My eyes Automatically flickered at the person who was making his way in the same direction,
Before I could stop Aameen from stepping on the water,
He did.
And then the one and only Aameen Hussain Malik was on the ground holding his butt.

He winced in pain, and me and zayyan both stifled a laugh.

✨ [ NEXT DAY ]

I was continuously cursing Mondays,
I was actually exhausted,
As I didn't get to sleep properly.
I shot Sarah a glare,
As she was continuously cursing someone.

"Mind telling me who you are cursing?" I questioned,
"Ofcourse,
Your one and only brother in law,
Who spilled a whole glass of juice on me, the other day"
she said through gritted teeth.

I froze on my track,
Blinking my eyes, once. Twice.
"You mean.... Aameen?" I questioned
Not believing,
"Ofcourse" she roared.
"So now I get it" I said giving her a knowing smile.

"Get what?" She questioned back,
"What ever you did,
It was to take your revenge back"
I said and she nodded smiling.
............

Making my way towards the class,
I froze on my track,
As my eyes started tearing up.
What is he doing here?
Before he could make his way to me,
I turned on my heels, running from there.
