1. Listen to subliminals, meditate, whatever you want.

2. Get into a comfortable position and close your eyes.

3. Start saying affirmations in a way you'd tell a story, for example, "my name is y/n. I'm -- years old. I live on (insert where you live here)" and continue saying what you can remember from your script. You can whisper it if you'd like.

4. When you start to feel signs of shifting start visualizing your DR. continue saying affirmations, but just normal ones.

5. Continue doing this until you fall asleep and you should wake up in your DR.
