1. Lay down in a comfortable position on your bed. (Make sure you're tired)

2. Visualize that you're watching yourself from above laying down in a bed in your DR. If you have someone with you in your DR, visualize them with you. Try to visualize everything, as this will help you greatly.

3. Count to 150 in your head slowly, controlling your breath and staying still. After some time you should start to feel tingly, don't move, don't open your eyes.

4. You'll start to feel your body get heavy as you drift asleep. This is normal. When you wake up you should be in your DR.
