STEP ONE find an article
▬ Screenshot the article's title. It can be anything, really: celebrities, food, actors, etc. . .
I'm using Lee Sunmi as my Oc's title:

STEP 2
▬ Go on Phonto and put your picture there. Find a white overlay and cover the original title.

▬ Write your Oc's name. The font that's used is 'Georgia' and if you don't have it you can download it on dafont.com / or any other font sites.
Font size on the title: 63

NOTE ▬ I don't know if there's anything else to do a tutorial on with these Wikipedia sites since the rest is pretty self explanatory, and I got asked how to make the titles and which fonts I've used, but if there's anything else on making fake Wikipedia articles in general, hit me up!
