A few months ago during their internship week, Eli and Katsuki were also faced with the same situation. Locked in somewhere with one wanting to get out, and the other as passive as always. This time, the roles were reversed. Not only the roles but also how they felt for each other.
"Fuck. We're stuck."
"You think?" Eli shakes her head at him. "You know what?"
"What?"
"This is your fault."
"Wow. Nothing fucking new there."
Eli spins around to him. "Maybe if you didn't come in here we wouldn't be in this mess!! There's a reason why I specifically told you to. Stay. Behind. And look! The guys at the skating rink blocked the freaking door!!" She grits her teeth at him, leaning closer and placing a finger at his chest while he tries to lean away from her. "Between us? I think you're stubborn-er."
"Stubborn-er isn't a fucking word genius–"
"I'm not finished talking!"
Katsuki clicks his tongue. Before this mishap, he always knew that Eli was shorter than him, she was only 5'2. He only noticed how small she really was when she was looking up at him with those big weird eyes that he seemed to love more and more every day. Not to mention that their chests were close and their legs were almost tangled because of the cramped space. His mind wandered everywhere when he began to stare right at her, wanting to listen to everything she wants to tell him. "What?"
"You're annoying!"
He rolls his eyes, avoiding her annoyingly cute face. "Stop pointing at me–"
"If it weren't for you following me here, if it weren't for you PURPOSELY closing the door KNOWING FULL-WELL that this door is broken, then the guys at the skating rink wouldn't have blocked the door!!"
"Stop talking."
"See? Just admit it, this isn't my fault like you want to say. Why the heck were you even following me here for?!"
"Are you seriously asking me that?" He raised a brow at her, then scoffs. "Because you were clearly upset!"
"I wasn't upset!"
"Stop fucking lying. I know you're a stubborn piece of shit and you won't admit it. But just this fucking once admit that you were upset over that damn third year!"
"I am not upset."
"Look at me in the fucking eye and tell me that."
The girl leans closer to his face on her tippy-toes. "I. Am. Not. Upset."
