Chapter 3: Talent Show

After Lunch...

Roswaal: "All ri~ght, class. Let the ta~lent show begin!"

Roswaal: "I will draw names. The name I~ got will have to perform their ta~lent."

Roswaal's hand enters a box. Inside the box, there are small papers shaped as a rectangle with names written on them.

Roswaal pull out his hand out from the box with a paper on his hand.

Roswaal: "A~nd the first one to perform i~s...."

Roswaal: "Rerugen-sensei!"

Silence filled the classroom until...

...

Rerugen: "Nani?"

Rerugen: "Roswaal-sensei, why am I supposed to perform?"

Coycutus: "Because..."

Rerugen: "Huh?"

Coycutus: "Because Roswall-sensei said 'I~sn't it fu~n???????????'"

Ram: "That's settled it!"

Roswaal: "You should give them an exa~mple."

Rerugen have no choice but to perform his 'talent' in front of the class.

Rerugen: "My name is Erich von Rerugen. And I will sing our national anthem."

Tanya: "Huh? (This is going to be cringe)."

Rerugen: *sings (badly)*

Everyone in the class was irritated by Rerugen's singing.

Subaru: "This reminds me when Emilia tries to sing."

Emilia: "Subaru!"

Emilia pouts.

Rerugen (literally) crouching to the corner of the class, near the door after singing badly. He felt shame.

Roswaal draw names again.

Roswaal: "Next will be... Subaru-ku~n."

Subaru: "Right!"

Subaru pull out his 'Guiltywhip' and cracked it to an apple. The whip was flying fast, faster than the speed of sound. As the result, the apple was cut into half.

(Fun fact: The name 'Guiltywhip' comes from the mabeast named 'Guiltylaw' since the whip was made from its skin.)

Darkness: "If only that whip hit me...."

Darkness starting to blush.

Subaru: "What?"

Darkness: "Ah, you stare me with those scary eyes...!"

Subaru: "Don't you dare talk about my eyes. Those are inborn anyway."

Roswaal: "That i~s impressive. Anywa~y, next!"

Roswaal: "It's Rem's turn."

Rem: "Right!"

Rerugen hold a watermelon on his hands.

Rem shows her horn and...

Rem: *Roars*

Rem throws her 'Morning Star' at the watermelon. The watermelon is destroyed into bits. Rerugen was thrown onto the floor.

Rem stop showing her horn and going back to her seat.

Coycutus: "Impressive. Such strength is needed to break an object of such mass." *Breathes coldly to Subaru*
