my dad used them for something idk for a bigger dick???
but the goo packets do the same amount of stuff the needles can
i've seen my dad use the packet things so i know how to do it
u open the thingy
pour the stuff into your hand and rub it on your shoulder area
like the part of the arm below and a bit on your shoulder
and i think u do the same for the other shoulder
