Emberlynn walking out the Hospital wing went and sat by a foggy looking window. She pressed her finger into the glass to see if the glass was fogged up enough to be able to write something, and it was.

She adjusted herself on the window ledge to fully face the glass window. Her mind was wandering places she didn't want it to go.

Ember began writing on the foggy glass with her finger tip. She finished writing the name, Victoria, and began to silently cry into her shoulder.

She felt a warm hand on the small of her back, "Hey love", Fred said taking a seat next to her.

Ember slowly looked up at the boy seated next to her. His eyes were filled with sympathy and comfort. Fred opened his mouth to say something but before he could let the words out, Ember laid her head on his shoulder.

He looked down at Ember, he wasn't expecting her to let him comfort her. Fred slowly wrapped his arms around her and pulled her closer to his chest.

Neither of them said anything for a few minutes, just sat in silence staring out the window.

Ember's mind was blank—she refused herself to think of that day. Fred's mind was never wanting to let go of the girl in his arms.

"Blackwood..you a bit better now?"

Ember sat up making eye contact with the handsome boy in front of her, "I am now yes"

Fred didn't want to bring up what happened in the Hospital wing but he did anyway, "How does she know?"

Emberlynn kept her eyes on her pajama pants drawstrings, "I don't know, she obviously wasn't there, so I have no idea" She finally began to remember the conversation that her and Willow had had, "Why the hell did she call you Freddiebear?"

Fred breathed in, "No clue, mayb-"

"You know why, tell me", she said still staring at her drawstrings.

Fred didn't say anything.

"I know when you're lying Fred. You breathe in before the false words leave your mouth"

Ember seen Fred look away, "If you like her or something you should just tell me, it's not like we-"

"It's not like we what?", Fred questioned now staring at Ember.

"It's not like we are in a relationship"

"Oh really?", Fred said standing up, "So explain to me why when you were yelling at her you told her to try and steal me away from you or some crap"

Emberlynn's heart swerved, she wasn't thinking when she said that.

"Blackwood I really don't understand what's going on with you right now-"

"Yes you do Fred", Ember said now standing up too, "Quite frankly you're one of the only ones who understand what's going on with me. YOU WERE THERE, ON THAT DAY..", Ember exclaimed.

Fred's expression faded into a sympathetic one once again, "I'm sorry"

Ember rolled her eyes, "Merlin, everyone is always apologizing. I should be the one apologizing, I can never get that day out of my head"

Fred sat back down on the window ledge and patted the spot next to him, gesturing for her to sit down, "Let it out Blackwood"

She obeyed and sat next to him. She looked into his gorgeous hazel eyes and smiled, "It was such a nice day", Ember said now looking upon the big stone walls.

"Victoria and I were playing out in the sunflower field, you know that though. You were in the house helping my mother make supper. I was going to help too but Victoria insisted on playing in the field, she loved playing hide and seek. At the time, she was seeker and I was the hider. She was counting far out on the other side of the field, I was hidden close by the house, but I was still able to hear her loud obnoxious counting", Ember said smiling, while two tears fell down the sides of her cheeks.
