Chapter 4|| You can't leave me now!

Quinni's POV

Vivien, Tyler, Kace, Blake, and I were waiting in the hospital waiting room. Vivien was bouncing her leg and her hands were shaking. She only does that when she is having anxiety. I grab her hand and place it on her lap.

"Everything is going to be ok," I comfort her. "Adrian is strong. We know that she is."

Vivien calmed down and grabbed out her phone. She started scrolling through Instagram.

"Look Q," She shows me a picture on her phone. "Remember this photo when we were little?"

"Oh yea," I say. "That was taken a couple of days after Adrian hit you with her scooter at the park."

"Yea," She says. "She kept apologizing for hitting me even though I said 'it's ok. It was an accident Adrian.'"

"Adrian still does that," I say. "She will keep apologizing about something even though we said it's ok."

"That's our Adri," Vivien laughs. "Oh look at this one."

Adrian, Quinni, Vivien

"We took this after the big game," I say. "Adrian didn't want to go home, so she stood with us."

"Yea," Vivien sniffles. "Oh, this is my favorite."

"She looked so perfect," Vivien says. "She always looks perfect."

"Remember this," I showed Vivien. 

She looks at the photo and smiles. "Yes, I do." 

Adrian is Madison Beer, Quinni in the back with the black dress, and Vivien is with the gold dress in the front. 

"This was homecoming this year," Vivien said with a smile on her face and her eyes become red with tears flooding them. "Ugh, we all looked so beautiful and I am so happy we told all those boys no and we just went altogether. Such a memorable moment."

We continued to look at old pictures of Adrian and us three together.

"Are you guys here for Adrian?" The doctor asks.

"Yes," We all say.

"Well," The doctor says with a frown. "She got kicked badly in the ribs and the punch did a number. She is in a coma."

That's when Vivien fell to the ground, sobbing.

No no no, please

"Can we see her?" I asked while hugging Vivien. Tears were rolling down my face slowly.

The doctor nods. We follow her.

When we entered the room, my tears came out faster.

Oh my- no!

"ADRIAN!!" Vivien went running to Adrian and hugged her. "No! Please, Adrian! Wake up!"

Adrian had so many wires on her. Adrian looked lifeless. The heart monitor showed her heart was beating but Adrian wasn't there.

"ADRIAN!" Vivien said crying. "You can't leave me now! You can't leave us now! You can't! You just can't!"

Adrian wake up. Please we need you. You are our happiness.

I sat with Vivien and hugged them both.

Kace's POV

Vivien's screaming and crying, Adrian connected to wires, and Quinni's soft crying. This is all that man's fault. Looking at the damage he has caused made my blood boil.

I am going to kill him.

Beep beep beep beep

"CODE BLUE IN ROOM E145!" A doctor yells. "You guys need to leave now!"

"NO! ADRIAN!" Vivien cries as Tyler pulls her out of the room.

"Ok visiting hours are over guys," the doctor says. "Come back tomorrow."

"I'll stay with Adrian," I insisted. "Just in case she wakes up."

"Ok." The doctor says and I wave goodbye to everyone. I walk into Adrian's room.

I sit on the chair next to her bed.

"Adrian," I say. "You got to wake up. They need you. I know we met weeks ago but you have become something special. We all need you. Vivien is going crazy. Quinni isn't the same. Tyler is not being himself. Blake is smoking like a chimney. And me, I feel empty now. So please," I grab her hand and kiss it. "Wake up."
