Saweetie's POV

So I'm back from my date and when I tell you I feel like I'm on the top of the world. Like, I've never been turned on by a simple kiss until I met Y/n. And now I'm curious to what else she's good at besides that.

Unfortunately, the moment I walked into the door, my auntie and sisters quickly bombarded me with questions about what transpired tonight. The range of questions went from "where did y'all eat?" to "what did y'all talk about?" to "did y'all kiss?" Like it was too much to take in.

Anyways, they eventually gave me the opportunity to take my clothes off and get comfortable before we all sat in my room and gossiped. They began to look at me as I looked at them weirdly. "What y'all hoes want?"

"Bitch we waiting on you to explain." My sister Maya says forcing me to roll my eyes but continue."

"Ok so Y/n took me to the Capital Grille and.."

"Oooh she got money money." Milan said causing them to laugh but get silent when I gave them a stern look. "Sorry, continue sis" she says.

"Thanks so anyway, she ended up getting us a private room for us to eat in alone..."

"And you ain't get no dick... OOP my bad" Auntie Whit says be quickly shuts up. Sis you're out of line.
"Anyways, so we get to talking and we talk about our upbringings and stuff and I find out that her parents passed away and she was raised by her late maternal grandparents" I say earning some sympathetic "awws" from them. "So, the food comes right? You know I ordered oysters and she gets some crab cakes and we ended up feeding each other and y'all when I tell you that when I fed her an oyster, she licked her lips after, I was too busy trying to see what that mouth do not gonna lie." I joke causing them to scream and we start high fiving each other.

"Ok ok anyways...." and before I could continue my story, I notice Y/n texted me notifying me that she got home along with "have a good night mamas❤️". My heart flutters and I text her back something similar. Then I continue.

"Anyways, we finish eating and we leave the restaurant. We eventually made it back here and we kinda kissed" causing them to gasps but that wasn't enough for them.

"Girl how did it feel tho?" Maya ask me out of curiosity. "Girl when I tell you I felt electricity go through my entire body. Like have y'all ever been kissed and they just make you feel secure or appreciated? This nigga made me feel like that in one night."

And it was true. I know we only went on one date but I felt the genuine vibe radiate off of her. And every time I saw or even heard her name, my stomach would have this feel where it felt like butterflies. Something that was new and foreign. Even Quavo never truly made me feel like that and I was with him for 3 years. But Y/n.. that was different. It was beautiful. But it was also scary because it was something that I wanted to keep from ending but if something went wrong, I'd have to accept that it might not be prolonged. But being with her, I didn't worry about anything... I felt like myself again.

So, I feel confident with what we can build on and honestly, I was ready to see what the universe has in store.

After my dinner date with Y/n, we'd gotten to the point where we would talk on the phone almost everyday and night, as well as spending the night at each other's houses, and no we haven't had sex but that was ok. But I realized that I need to focus on my music just as much as I focused on my personal life.

I was currently in the studio working on my album, High Maintenance. I had to make sure this sounded perfect because this was officially the debut album for my career.
