Heat stroke
Bring the fire
Black smoke I take it higher I'm a heat stroke
And you can't touch me
'Cause you know I can burn ya
If you get too close

Niall and I made our way up the stairs, our only trail towards Harry being his cries of pain, and with each step we took, each throaty scream that left Harry's mouth, I felt the rage that was in me downstairs multiple a million times over.

It was kind of ironic, how just a few weeks ago, Harry and Niall were the ones coming up the stairs to save me, and now...it was Niall and I coming up to save Harry.

I kept the machine gun in a ready position as I walked, Niall trailing close behind me, and soon, we were at the top of the stairs.

"Come on, Styles...why don't you just fess up, and maybe I'll let you live," I heard a deep voice chuckle.

I motioned for Niall to follow me, and he obediently continued behind me, my steps as delicate as they had ever been as I made sure not to make a sound as I walked.

I ignored the chills caused by how similar this place looked to the one in my nightmares, zeroing in my focus upon one thing and one thing only...

   saving Harry.

I saw a cell door, and the backs of three men, and it wasn't until one of them stepped to the side that I finally saw the face I had been looking for.

My heart lurched in my chest at the blood on his face, how his body hung weakly by his arms that were suspended by chains, and I could see red trails streaming down his wrists no doubt caused by the pressure the chains were putting on them.

Harry stared up at them defiantly, and I couldn't help but grin as he spat blood in the middle man's face.

The now bloody-faced man gripped Harry's face harshly, jerking him in close to him.

"I guess I'll have to go pay that pretty little girlfriend of yours a visit then. Maybe bring her back here and make you watch while I kill her," he snarled.

   Well...that's my cue.

"Hello there, gentleman! Pretty little girlfriend speaking," I smirked, stepping out of the shadows with the machine gun propped up against my shoulder, not trying to hide the sound of my steps now as I boldly strode towards them.

Harry's eyes snapped over to me, going wide as they landed upon the sight of me, almost as if he couldn't believe that I was truly here.

I winked at him and kept walking, Niall following closely behind.

"Well, isn't this convenient! I suppose we can kill her right in front of you right now, Styles," the man smirked, pulling out his pistol and aiming at me.

I couldn't help but scoff, and I looked at him with wide eyes and raised eyebrows.

"You're joking, right?" I laughed, positioning the machine gun and pointing it at him.
