"What's up, Unc?" I asked, taking a pull from my blunt as he stood on the corner with a mug on his face.

"Ain't shit, neph. We just can't let no shit like that happen ever again."

"Fa'sure." I nodded in agreement, considering we'd put trust into the wrong niggas and almost lost a lot of money and product tonight.

"Can't no more niggas get down with us, unless they blood and that's it." He spoke sternly as Tone shook his head, looking over to Darnell.

His homie, Markey, the nigga that I flashed in, was a oop the whole time and now he was gone for good. My Unc ain't play that disloyal shit. It was only one way in and one way out with us.

They knew that.

"And on some real shit, I'm starting to feel like you knew, bra." Tony spat and Darnell smacked his lips.

"What? I ain't know that nigga was a fuckin' rat! Stop disrespecting me, Tone." He got loud and Tone chuckled, pushing himself up off the wall.

"You wanna repeat that, lil' nigga?"

"Yo, chill." Unc calmed the both of them down while I smoked my blunt calmly, just watching these niggas.

"This nigga ain't know nothing bout' it because I asked that bitch ass nigga before I put him to rest."

"And you know a nigga don't mind telling on nobody in his last breath." Unc tapped Tone on the shoulder and Darnell continued to cop his plea.

"That wasn't no homie anyway. He was just some nigga I knew from around the way that wanted to get down."

"It's aight, nigga. I know this. Stop acting like a bitch'." Unc went on telling him and I couldn't help but to laugh.

"Nigga over here going hard, trying not to get his ass beat out here, Bir." Tone laughed hard, tapping my shoulder.

"Y'all niggas is crazy." Was all I said as I put my blunt out, ready to get off the block now and back to the spot with G.

I can't lie and say I wasn't missing her, especially after kissing her lil' ass earlier. Shit had me ready to risk it all with her again.

Three years away or not. I had plans brewing.

I was just buying my time.

"Ayo, I'm bout' to bounce." I told them as I stood up straight, sliding my phone out of my pocket to text G.

"You out?" They all asked and I nodded, dabbing them up before I saw a group of girls walking up the block.

"Yeah, I'm bout' to make my way back by yo' grandma spot." I admitted, looking at Tone.

"Oh, you going back to see G?" He asked and I nodded in confirmation.

"So y'all asses back together now or what?" My Unc asked and I smacked my lips with a smile.

"Mind yo' business, nigga." I told him while they laughed and I couldn't help but to smirk.
