Kai and I lay in the bushes, watching as a patrol of stone warriors drive by on their truck. As soon as they are out of sight, Kai pulls me to my feet and we rush back to where the others are disguising the Bounty in leaves and dirt.

"This whole island is swarming with Garmadon's indestructible Stone Army," Kai reports.

"Good thing we're ninja and we know how to hide," Jay replies optimistically.

"Who wants to hide when you can fight?" Cole grumbles. "I'm getting tired of having our heads buried in the sand. I wanna fight these guys!"

"But Cole, they have no apparent weakness. It would be unwise to start a fight we cannot finish," Zane argues.

"That is why we must find the Temple of Light," Uncle says, appearing out of nowhere, just like he always does. He leads us into the bounty to where Mom has her scrolls laid out on the table.

"The scrolls say there is a hidden temple on the island. If you find it, it will give the Ninja pure elemental powers, powers that can destroy the indestructible army."

Cole grins childishly. "So you're saying we get to fight? Whoo-hoo! I've got happy feet!"

"And you, my son, here it is written, 'For once the Green Ninja finds the instrument of peace, he will strike it and know the power of the Ultimate Spinjitzu Master.'"

Lloyd grins, glancing at me and the boys. "Jealous?"

"Wait a minute," Kai says. "This all sounds too good to be true. What's the catch?"

"The catch is, the Temple could be anywhere on the island, and all we have is this," Uncle replies, sliding a metal medallion with three holes towards Julien.

"A medallion. It's like a compass. When the three holes match up, the medallion will reveal where the temple is hidden," Julien explains excitedly. Why is everyone so enthusiastic?

"How'd you know that?" Jay says skeptically.

"Oh, I did a lot of reading in my spare time," Julien says with a sheepish chuckle. "Adventure stories were always my favorite."

Zane takes the medallion from his father and turns to us. "Then what are we waiting for?"

Uncle steps infront of Lloyd and I, blocking us from leaving. "Not you two."

"Ah, seriously? We're still doing this?"

"Wu is right," Mom says. "If you were to come across your father, it could prematurely start the Final Battle. We need to be at full strength before we take any risks."

Jay chuckles. "Jealous?"

"What about me?"

Uncle turns to me, studying my face momentarily. "I have a hunch," he finally says.

Curse him and his vagueness!

"Well, I could use some help around the shop. We should get working on vehicles that might help give us a fighting chance," Julien says, placing a comforting hand on mine and Lloyd's shoulders.

"Remember, Garmadon doesn't know we're on the island. It's imperative that you stay out of sight," Uncle says.

"Of course, Sensei. Don't worry. have you ever known us to veer from a plan?" Jay says.

I cross my arms and raise my eyebrows.

"Ninja!" The four idiots yell.

"Shhh!" Uncle hisses. "Not so loud. Are you trying to get us caught?"

"Go..."

They are going to get caught.
