FINDING LOVE ALL OVER AGAIN . . . .

99. SYNCING UP ..

The morning was spent taking the toy train travel all the way along, looking into the valley . Rehaan was excited and so were the other kids in the train. There were screams and loud excitement all over while all the adults held their hands on their ears as the kids roared . 

The view was scenic. Rohit and Sonakshi sat close together enjoying each others presence and the view as he intertwined his fingers with hers . All of this almost gave them a courtship feel that they had missed due to their hurried marriage . Even after their marriage , they hadn't really had any time for themselves. Just the fragrance of each other so close was so warm a feeling on their senses .

They had lunch at a restaurant seated on the edge of a cliff overlooking the scenic mountains and then walked around some of the local shopping areas looking for stuff specific to that area to carry back as their mementos. Later in the afternoon, the weather was cool enough to  trek to the Chanderi fort. Rehaan and Riya were real mountain babies and they did it effortlessly , even crossing some adults who had difficulty along the way . Rehaan stretched out his little hands to a few for help and they gladly acknowledged his gesture as he filled their life with the cutest of chit chat along the way.  Sonakshi and Rohit exchanged silent smiles seeing their baby. The end of the trek revealed the beautiful Sahyadri Range  in its full glory as they settled there to see the sun set before they moved back. 

Dinner was arranged at the homestay and Rohit had made sure that the food served was local to the region. They spent some time chatting as it was their last day before the would head back to Mumbai. Rehaan had joined them in their room after dinner and he was a little exhausted and had fallen asleep on Rohit , the soonest he had ever . As usual he had woken up in the middle of the night and Rohit had dropped him to his maa. 

2:30 pm

Back in the room , he saw that Sonakshi was up , sitting with her back against the headrest of the bed, eyes closed . He walks in smiling .

R : Utth gai tum phirse ? . . Kya hua hai tumhe kalse ? 

S : She smiles opening her eyes . Rohit , idhar aao naa . Stretching her arms towards him .

He smiles and settles next to her . She moves her body to rest against him as he envelops her in his arms . They were close and warm. He nuzzles into her neck , kissing it . 

S : Rohit . . 

R : Kya ? . . Her fragrance was all he wanted to be in that night . . 

 S : Suno naa .....

R : hmmmm

S : Rohit . . She pushes him with her shoulder . . Sun bhi rahe ho yaa nahi ?

He finally moves back . . Ok baba . . bolo. 

S : These two days have been so wonderful . Shaadi ke baad pehli baar aisa feel ho raha hain mujhe . . itna waqt tumhaare saath . . I mean .

He pulls her closer and kisses her temple as she adjusts herself in the cove of his upper body . 

S : Mujhe waapas jaaane ka man hi nahi hai. She looks at him making a sad face .

He laughs : Rehaan ke saath reh ke bilkul uski jaisi ho gayi ho tum .

She tries to push him away again in annoyance . . He pulls her back. 

R : Par mujhe bhi yahi feel ho raha hai. Bas aise hi rahe hum . He snuggles closer . 

S : Coffee piyoge ?
