Grabbing a bottle of the 'bubbly' wine and a tall wine glass, she walked to the garden and went to the garden arch in the center of the beautiful landscape.

"Ah?"

"Mother?"

Pacita looks at Amadeus.
And Amadeus looks at her.

Pacita sat down across him.
There are piles of books on the table and tea pot, cookie and untouched tea cup.

"What are you doing here? Can't you read in your room?" She frowns.

"I think the weather is good so I decided to read here."
He politely answered.

"How can you even see the scenery if you are reading? Is there any difference where you are since you will be looking at the book anyways?" She opened the bottle with plop** and then put the bubbly wine on her glass.

"Want some?"
She asks.

Amadeus blinks.
"Mother, I am only 10 years old." He said, but he actually drunk wine in a daily 'training' conducted by the Duke's vassals for his 'education'

Pacita ignores him and drinks the wine happily.

"If you want to be alone. I will leave you be." Amadeus said.

"Stay there and read." She said.
She doesn't really care.
It is better to have company while drinking. Even if it's a 'mute' company.

Amadeus then didn't insist and continued reading.

On her third glass she looks at Amadeus.

"Hey Villain, what do you think of me?"

Amadeus looks up and sees his blushing new mother.

"That….what?"

She chuckles seductively.
"I mean, what do you hear about me?"
She is not drunk.
But her inhibition is lowered.

Amadeus closed his book.
"Do you want me to be honest?"

She laughs.
"The villain of the Northern Star wants to be honest with me."

Amadeus frowns.
He coughs.
"You are drunk."

"With just this? You don't know how much more I can hic** drink."

Amadeus sighs.

Pacita frowns
'This body is very honest.'

"I am a bit drunk but I am still clear headed. So tell me Villain, what do you think of me?"

Amadeus looks at her flushed face.
If this is not his new mother, he will think she is seducing him.
He clenched his fist.
That is also a possibility.
It's a bit disgusting though.

"You are…...a weirdo."

The conversation ends with that weirdo statement.

"Ah? Hey Villain, call the butler to give me another bubbles." She said as she poured the last drop of 'sparkles' in her mouth.

'She is really weird.'
Amadeus frowns and stands up.

"And also, while you're at it ask them to fry some spicy peanuts for me."

"Peanut? Not lemon or other things?"
Amadeus looks at the 'weirdo'.

How would Pacita know what will be a good pair for 'sparkles'?
She just thought it would be nice to have something to chew while drinking.

".......well, you tell them what and just send it to me." She grins.
'What a smart boy.'

Amadeus sighs.
He wonders what she is planning, really?

"Young Master, you want to eat lunch?" The butler asks.

"It's still early for lunch. Mother wants to have another bottle of champagne and make her something to pair with it." He said and turned around.

"That……" the butler scratches his head.
"She is drinking so early?"

The head maid passes by and pats the butler's shoulder.
"Her husband left after consummating their marriage and for 2 months. Let her drink. Just pray she will not go wild when drunk."

The butler sighs.
His master is really a bit too much.
Leaving for 2 months just after their wedding.

He ordered the kitchen to make some fried potato and sliced lemon.
Shw can choose what she wants to go with.

Let a lonely and sad heart drown in wine.

"Villain, where is my wine?"
She pouts.

"The butler will bring it to you."

"You are already there and you still didn't carry it with you? How useless."
She pouts.

Amadeus flinched.
"I am useless?"

Pacita waves her hand and pats his head.
"Good boy. Good boy."

Amadeus slaps her hand away.
And glares at her.

Pacita rubs her hurt hand.
"So what are you reading?" She asks to change the subject.
'Noble children ah. Can't even take a joke.'

Amadeus sighs and sits down.
"Calculus." He said glaring at her.

She zips her mouth.
What calculus? She never heard of something so terrifying.
'Maybe that is a murdering device to torture people.'

She patiently waited for her wine.

The peace and quiet is back thanks to 'Calculus'.
