A/n this method triggers me for some reason, and i mean by shifting and also emotionally

1) Meditate until ur calm

2) Turn on any sublminal (u can also do music, but subliminals are more likely to work) and lay down in any position

3) Visualize urself sitting under a tree (in any location u want, doing whatever you want such as reading or drawing)

4) Than imagine someone from ur DR run past you

5) Visualize urself chase after them until they jump into a hole in the ground

6) Than, jump in with them

7) You will than land in a room with a table and a key

8) Unlock the door using the key, and before you walk in, repeat or say a few affirmations

9) Walk through the door, and you should be in your DR bed

10) Once you feel your surroundings change, sit up, or fall asleep (sitting up would be better though)
