SHE NEEDS A BREAK

She reached Oberoi Mansion and went to Shivaay's room. She found him sitting before laptop but lost in his lost. He was looking quite angry. She sighed and went in.

She came near him and sat on his lap hugging him. He was shocked at first but soon placed his hand on her back.

Anika: I am sorry

His anger just flew away.

Shivaay: kyu?

Anika: maine aapse bohat bura behave kiya na

Shivaay: nahi Anika. I am sorry. Maine tumhein hurt kiya.

She hugged him tighter nudging in his neck Shivaay frowned.

Shivaay: Anika kya hua?

Anika: mujhe bohat bura lag raha hai.

Shivaay: kis baat ka?

Anika: maine kaha na. I behaved bad. I am not a good girl.

Shivaay pulled off the hug. His heart pierced seeing her sad and hurt face. He cupped her face.

Shivaay: kya bol rahi ho tum?

Anika: ek baar maine mummy se aise hi bura behave kiya tha. Kyu ke unhone meri favourite sabji nahi banai thi. Toh pappa ne kaha tha. Good girls aise bhi behave nahi karti. And aaj maine aapse aisa behave kiya na.

Shivaay chuckled at her childish excuse. He pulled her cheeks.

Shivaay: you know you are cute?

Anika(cutely): yes I know.

Shivaay: waise mujhe ek baat batao. Pehle toh tum bohat mature, philosophical aur deep meaning wali baate karti thi. Ab aisi bachon wali harkate kyu kar rahi ho?

Anika: uska mujhe pata nahi. Par main bohat thak gai hun Shivaay. Office ke kaam se nahi. Life mein bhagte bhagte. 15 saal ki age se bhaag rahi hun kabhi iss wajah se toh uss wajah se. Itne saal ho gaye Sahil ko pala, Gauri ko sambhala, Padhai, job phir business. Ab iss sab se bohat thak gai hun. I need a break Shivaay. Mujhe mummy pappa ki bohat yaad aa rahi hai. I wish woh yahan hote. Par.....

She gulped the lump formed in her neck.

Anika: I need it Shivaay. I really need a break.

Shivaay: so tum batao main kya karun?

Anika: kuch nahi main aap ko sirf batane aai hun. Ke kal main ja rahi hun

Shivaay: kahan?

Anika: Kutchh

Shivaay: Kutchh? Wahan kyu?

Anika: bas aise hi. I just need my time. Koi aur nahi. Just me. No tension, no business, no calls and no one. Aise jana hai ke duniya mein mere pass koi nahi hai sirf main akeli hun apne liye.

Shivaay: theek hai Anika tum ja sakti ho. I understand

Anika: thank you Shivaay for understanding me. Aap ko bas ghar walo ko samjana hai.

Shivaay: okay samja dunga. Kab wapis aaogi?

Anika: pata nahi jab theek lagega. Aa jaungi.

Shivaay nodded and kissed her forehead. While Anika took hold on his lips. They equally reciprocated. This kiss was of Anika's pain, sacrifices and hurdles she suffered. As if expressing everything in that moment. She wants to cry but she can't cause her eyes didn't obey her. While from Shivaay's side it was to support her. Telling her that he will be by her side every time she needs him. To Love her till his last breath so what he has not confessed yet. He will still love her.
