Rocco had managed to get into the girl's dorms Saturday morning. Everyone else who usually hung about up there had gone to Hogsmeade or breakfast early meaning it was only the two of them. Rocco launched himself onto her bed and propped up his feet with expectance in his eyes.
"Fashion show right now!" Rocco ordered and Ramona simply shook her head.
"We're going to Hogsmeade not a fucking party Rocco.."
"And? You should still want to look brilliant a certain black will be there..."
This stopped her in her tracks. Was he talking about Sirius? Where would he of gotten the impression she would dress up for him?
"What does Sirius's presence have to do with anything?"
"Don't play dumb with me Ramona... you fancy him don't you?? Come on just be honest..."
"Everyone fancies him.. and besides I've told you before I don't do relationships.. or crushes..."
Rocco threw a pillow at her head before booing loudly "why not!? And if you give me any of the... it's because I'm fat bullshit I'll skin you alive... first of all your body doesn't determine your worth.. secondly, you're so fucking hot ram!! It angers me to see all this wasted potential.."
"Oh shut it Rocco you're being dramatic..."
"No, I'm not! Seriously Ramona you're beautiful and what because you're not bloody stick-thin that means you don't deserve to be happy? Or experience love?"
Ramona rolled her eyes and continued to sort through her clothes "I didn't say that... I just.. no one's properly asked me out before so why should I get my hopes up and start dating? There's a lot of fucking people at this school and not one of them has shown any interest... that leads me to believe that I'm just not cut out for it..."
"That's seriously the most stupid thing I've ever heard... do you know how hard it is being gay and dating... I mean on the rare occasion someone does like me back it has to be a secret..."
Rocco's face turned a pale pink like he'd said something he shouldn't of. Ramona didn't catch on which he was thankful for. The last thing he needed was an interrogation.
"I guess... can we just drop the boy talk otherwise we'll be here all day..."
Ramona really pondered Rocco's question. Did she fancy Sirius black? Yes. As much as she hated to admit it she was growing fond of him. Something about him drew her in, she enjoyed making fun of him and she enjoyed when he'd just listen to her spew a load of shit about music. He seemed to understand her in a way no one had for a long time.
Why must these things be so cruel? Of course, her luck would be growing a crush on one of the most attractive and sort after boys at Hogwarts. She looked in the mirror and sighed. Even on the very slim chance Sirius ever saw her that way she'd be too embarrassed. She prodded her stomach and the chub that resided on her upper thighs and sighed.
Ramona picked out a burgundy dress which was flowy and comfortable. She put on her boots like always and her signature sunglasses before tieing her hair into two space buns.
Although she looked cute she still felt pretty insecure. With one last sigh, she grabbed her stuff and her and Rocco headed to the carriages where they were set to meet the Gryffindors.
"The Ravenclaws are here!" James shouted a little too loud for Ramona's liking.
"Must you shout so loudly every time anyone joins the group?"
"Yes.. yes Bottlebee I must... now come on gang get on this bloody carriage or we'll never get to Hogsmeade!" James exclaimed loudly which In turn made Ramona laugh.
