When Agent Bridge was assigned to the case, he was expecting plots from foreign countries to exploit the exposed weakness. He wasn't expecting the Mythica to be involved. But the president is running out of options. And a deal's a deal. His son's life, for his soul. ⚠️ RATED MATURE: This story deals fairly intimately with sensitive topics like emotional trauma, addiction, trafficking, murder, gun violence, physical mutilation, and (fantasy) race discrimination. Mutants have existed long enough to be properly integrated into society, but not long enough for everyone to have accepted them. Awkwardly tall and perpetually oblivious homeschooler Noah Kirby is a member of the newest and most dangerous generation of mutants: Class F. The Freaks. All he's ever known is the little graveyard by his house and his pet ghost cat, but when the opportunity comes along to enroll at F Class Academy, it means opening his eyes to an entirely new world, one where mutant life isn't as easy as he thought it was. Noah has three goals to ensure his start at FCA goes smoothly: 1. Befriend his moody Ability Management partner, so that they don't both risk failing the class, 2. Get to the bottom of why he keeps waking up surrounded by dissected corpses, and 3. Make it through the year without getting killed by one of his classmates' disastrous accidents. It may sound impossible, but with a dash of optimism and the help of his new best friend and roommate, Auggie, he's confident he can make it work. FCA is nothing like he's ever seen before, but it can't be so scary. At the end of the day, mutant highschoolers are just like any other highschoolers... right?
