Tarry didn't know anything before he was seven after an 'ascendant'. He'd get a glimpse of a memory before it disappeared. When he became Batman, he'd gotten them more frequently. It was always the same two people and his brother. After getting shot with a flash of memory, Tarry finally tells his mentor, Bruce. Leading to more questions, and a shocking truth. This takes place in story of Welcome to Pandemonium (My other story). You can read them separately, though there might be a few things that I reference. The original team was never good. They were raised as Villains; are Villains. Getting annoyed with their masters, the young teens had struck out on their own, running into each other. With more then enough fun, bickering, and over all fighting they settled on a name for their little group. Chaos. And that is what they bring where ever they go.
