A young man has a vision of a house fire which takes place at a high school graduation party. He manages to save a handful of people after his promotion comes true but not for long as death is hunting the survivors down and killing them in painful and gruesome ways. Will he and the other survivors survive death's brutal rules or will they succumb to them instead? Perhaps a familiar face may also help, but also dealing with her unpaid debts to death.
