Gumball's mother Nicole can do the unthinkable! She can age people, melt things with her eyes, and turn into a savage beast when provoked, but she can also see into her family's dreams. At first, his mother is overjoyed when she finds out about this, but soon she realizes that all of this may be too much for the little blue cat. But is it too late for Gumball to harness his capabilities in a way that can be used for good, or will he succumb to the dangers of his inherited supernatural forces? Or is there something bigger hiding underneath all of it?

It's been a year since the Watterson family went on their eventful Vacation, where memories were made, relationships restored, and self perspective found within our lovable blue cat: Gumball Watterson. This time around, Darwin has won a sweepstakes in contest, that allows him to bring the entire family along for round 2 of fun on a family cruise! The Watterson adults have also resorted to their old ways of fun since last Vacation, and the kids have certainly welcomed it. But...stranger tides lead the seemingly tranquil and relaxing vacation to an uncharted island....can the Watterson's still have an enjoyable vacation? Will they ever make it back to Elmore? Set in future Elmore, Gumball and company have come a long way from their days as students at Elmore Junior High. Gumball now has finally settled down, and has forged a strong relationship with his childhood sweetheart Penny and has raised a family. Gumball has followed in his mother's footsteps by working in the Rainbow Factory, but as an accountant. The days are long and grueling, but now he understands what his mother truly meant by the joys of raising a family, and he wishes to spend more time with them, so he schedules a few days off. Unbeknownst to him, Penny has arranged for the entire Watterson family to join them on a vacation, one that will take them to the rural outskirts of Elmore National Park, California! An unidentified amount of time after Gumball Watterson encouraged Penny Fitzgerald to break out of her shell and be herself, a new threat has emerged from the world of infinite static with the intention of capturing the one fairy who exposed herself to the world. This sends the two of them on the run from not only Rob, but a new enemy like none the town has ever seen before (even by Elmore's standards). With the entirety of Elmore, and possibly the world, at stake, the two lovebirds are indirectly sent on a journey both physically and emotionally. Gumball is now introduced to the darker side of the fairy's emotions and her feelings about herself and her powers. For Christmas, Gumball wants to get a gift that is very special to him - a new ElmorePlay 5 gaming console - and all signs point to him getting his present when one night the main character overhears a conversation between Richard and Nicole, in which he learns that their financial situation could jeopardise their Christmas! What will Gumball do in this situation?

Anais forces Gumball into a wager where he'll have to watch Daisy The Donkey with her everyday for the entire Spring break instead of going on a camping trip with all of his friends if he loses in a family board game. They all look so fun and she really wants to join in and have fun with them, but she can't do that because she's supposed to be the smart and responsible one! What to do in such a dilemma?
