"Go ahead," I said, backing up against the pink wall of the shop. "Do something other than glare at me." I waited. One, two, three seconds... and nothing. I raised my chin at him. "You're boring me, mute boy." He stepped closer. Leaned toward me as his gaze burned into mine. Then... ❀ ❀ ❀ After three months in juvenile detention, it's time for Romy Pereira to help out with her family's flower shop. And it's not all bad... until they hire Jack Michel to work beside her. He doesn't speak, communicating with glares and scowls instead of words, and seems to be more interested in literal rocks than other human beings. And with an ex-convict mother, her friends drifting away, and the flower shop falling apart, the last thing Romy wants to deal with is Jack's attitude. She'll forever praise the day he screws up big time and gets himself fired, but until that day comes, it's mostly one cold-hearted girl, her silent (but still infuriating) coworker, and a whole lot flowers. [word count: 100k] [originally written in 2014-2015; re-write completed 2020-2021] ❀ Rankings ❀ #1 in #badgirl #1 in #goodboy #1 in #flowershop #1 in #sociopath

"I want you to come with me," Xavier spoke with a serious tone and pressed his forehead to hers staring intensely in her eyes. "What?" "Join me." Adrianna burst out laughing, she continued laughing for a while, until she saw that Xavier was still shooting her a serious look. "Oh my god, you're serious, aren't you? Why would you want me in the team? I'm irresponsible, who says I'm not mentally ill—not that I am, never mind. And besides who says you can trust me, I mean I did attack you.." "You are a good fighter, I mean you took me down, and I'm like freakishly good," Xavier argued, "Besides I need entertainment, and I'm sure you'll provide us a lot entertainment." He added with a smirk, clearly implying something else as well. "I think there's a double meaning in that," she said, "and I ain't joining you guys." Then his mouth turned into a dangerously sexy smirk, grabbed her hips and pushed against his, then he pressed his lips to her neck, and applied kisses her neck—rough enough to make her moan, yet gentle enough to not make hickeys. "I think you can decide that for yourself, Adrianna," he said huskily, "I can see you're bored with your life, you're not the type working at a bank." She then interrupted him, "So what type am I then?" "You're the type who enjoy danger, and like to the make the best of things. And I can bring that side out of you, I can give you everything you've ever wanted, that's if you join me," he said convincingly. Adrianna was working at a bank on a boring afternoon, until a robbery went too right. And things got exciting. --------- Highest ranking: Action #88

[Original] Simon, a nerdy, agoraphobic wolf-shifter falls in love with a human named Annabelle who's more interested in her new employer at a local gothic boutique, James--a man who claims to be a made vampire. Even with all the weird happenings and strange unexplainable physical appearances of James's friends, it's only a spoof... right? At least, that's what Annabelle made herself believe until she participated in said spoof, choosing to experience the shift of a werewolf for Halloween. Seeing is believing. ::Warning:: This story is aimed at making fun of clichés and in some cases the cliché is purposely pushed over board. This is intentional. Eye-rolling will ensue. While it will continue to over embellish the clichés there is still an original plot... at least I think so. Hope you all enjoy. Updates? Will not happen anymore in this draft. To get new content you must read the 3rd draft. That beautiful cover was done by xXArachnidXx (http://www.wattpad.com/user/xXArachnidXx). This is the second cover done by by xXArachnidXx. Because originality on Wattpad is pretty fucking limited and we all know it. So start reading if you wanna see me rant about how some writers really need to do society a favour and staple all their fingers together. But just so you know, I swear like an angry sailor so hehe (✿◠‿◠). cover by: foreveryoung_09
