Imaginez : pouvoir vivre un film, une série, ou même un roman. Grâce à un système holographique mis au point par un jeune ingénieur, c'est désormais possible. Le soir d'Halloween, un groupe d'amis décide de s'intégrer dans le dernier film d'horreur à la mode : Hospital for Souls. Un hôpital désaffecté, des créatures avides de chair fraiche, huit amis désarmés...
