On a far away Island in the Alola Region, there was a Popplio name Tuki who is living a happy life with her mother, Ocean the Primarina. Despite her family has a bad reputation because of rumors since her father is a famous rapist name Wafu the evil shiny Greninja, she still lives a pretty great life and still acknowledge by everyone in the Island. One day, the sakura tree that Tuki and her friend, Rose the Rotom-Dex planted starts to bloom and they celebrate it by hanging out with each other. But Tuki encounter a Shiny Litten name Dan and she starts chasing after him to make him accept her as a friend, but he rejects it forcefully by giving her obstacles. But she didn't give up and keep chasing after him. What will the result of this chase be?

Humans have been long eradicated from the Pokémon World. Litten, Popplio, and Rowlet. The three Sun and Moon starters. A new trainers journey started one day, and one of the three joined them. The other two, forced to await the next trainer. No matter how long it took, they could never train, staying level 5, until their new journey began. This story all started when Popplio, the water type, and Litten, the fire type met each other. They became friends, but it went farther than that. Both of them lost their trainers, twins who started their journey together, and Water and Fire were picked. Forced to live in the shadows, only with each other, relying on everything they learned. They quickly grew a strong bond, that could never be broken, and true friendship, saved their lives.

Litten was always so naughty and stubborn towards his owner and it made the owner send him to the Pokécenter for rehab. But nothing can change this Litten's behaviour except for a Popplio that was always in the Pokécenter like she is actually lived there.
