By day, he's Roguefort. A shy citizen who's friends with Detective Almond. By night, they're Phantom Bleu. A well known criminal who's got a love for dramatic performances. Balancing the two lives is fairly easy, but it cant last forever. ~*~*~*~*~*~*~ Important things: -Roguefort uses he/him and they/them pronouns interchangeably. -I use the name Phantom Bleu when they're in their normal costume, and Roguefort for his disguised name. -Phantom Bleu can and will speak French to tease Almond (and to swear in front of Walnut without her understanding) ~*~*~*~*~*~*~ First chapter published: January 16, 2022

Espresso and Madeleine have been married for years, but this past year has been quite sour for them. Neither can seem to communicate with the other, and they argue almost every day. One day, a fight gets particularly loud, urging a neighbour to call for help. Espresso runs into a strange man while walking out from his and Madeleine's shared apartment in a fit of rage. What is he here for? No content warnings as of right now, Espresso and Madeleine's relationship is implied to be extremely verbal but there is never any physical abuse. There is no power imbalance, there is no manipulation. Just two people who forgot how to get along, and are beginning to suffocate each other. (This is the point in a relationship where you should take a break from each other, kids.)

Licorice had enough. He's been with the dark cookies long enough! He doesn't get enough respect, pomegranate is a bitch (my words), dark enchantress is annoying as heel and He's the only normal one in the gang. Meanwhile with Rougefort, he's a bit lonely and yet he needed more attention from audiences and mostly almond.

No, I do not wish to snack on the Cookies. Before you read this book, please read Nuts and Cheeses - A Cookie Run Fanfiction first! There will be spoilers of the book because it's just me, the author, babbling about the origin of N&C, how it came to be, and deleted scenes and- you get the gist. I hope you enjoy? "Bleu", an infamous thief within Parfaedia seems to also be linked to numerous amounts of cyber attacks, scams and general crimes, and Almond is set as the main (and only) detective on the case. From clue to clue, it leads him to an online chatroom with his presumed target. Detective e-dates a criminal (4kHD), basically. Based on an AU I wrote back in 2020/21, originally called "Behind the Screen".
