So if you don't swim this won't make any sense to you. This is for those who wake up at 4 in the morning just to go swim lap after lap in a cold lifeless pool. This is for people that text their coach more than they should, eat to much, and drink to much Gatorade at meets. This is for swimmers and their struggles. these are my personal tips , advice , and rants about this sport that I hate so much that I love it.
