Until a few eventful run-ins with each other start changing their minds. They despise each other, and despite their drastic differences, start finding each other somewhat tolerable. They repeatedly deny their attraction to each other and hide their feelings out of pride. But even if they do eventually admit their feelings, there's another large problem. Their dads hate each other too. Their dads haven't forgiven each other and are still hung up about the war. So far, neither has America or Russia. Either way, it's not over.

German Empire knew his fathers intentions and tried to deny it, but once he meets Austria-Hungary, things take a huge toll as he falls in love with them. Secrets are kept from German Empire's family as he soon gives his heart away to the seemingly blind empire. Once Prussia falls from the french-German war, German Empire has to take what once belonged to Prussia into his own hands at last, and he has to do it on his own...
