Lena and Kara are married two years ago and wanted to have a baby. And that baby literally fell from the sky

Kara and Lena are having a fight because Kara took so long to tell Lena she's supergirl. Midway through the fight they get an unexpected visitor who tries to repair their friendship. Why does this person care so much and what does Lena and karas relationship have to do with them? I mean let them try..right? But no matter how hard anyone tries you can't force love. Will Kara and Lena make it through the rough patches or will their relationship just be done? Also here Kara came to live with the Danvers when she was a baby and Alex was 12. And Alex basically raised Kara because her mom was always working and her dad was you know.. dead.

Lena has, thus far, for reasons mysterious and unknown, refused to tell Kara her real birthday.
