Faction before blood was a maxim taken seriously by both the Erudite and the Dauntless. It's in human nature to want to hold onto your past and your family, but that's the thing they were trying to eradicate. Human nature. A remedy to their problems were to get rid of divergents. All who didn't fit into one faction.

"These scars were made in anger when he left." I said looking up at Eric and he stood in front of me. "I'm not a perfect person, Ella, but I would never hurt you." He spoke up and lifted my chin to hold it, then I got up to hold onto his hard biceps. "Promise me that?" I asked him and he nodded, I feel him press his gentle lips against mine, I cupped one of his cheeks and stand on my tippy toes as he wraps his arm around my waist. "I promise you that." What happens when she gets to Dauntless and sees her childhood friend that transferred a year before her, and she has feelings for? Initiation This is a story based on the fact that if the simulation serum was actually a tracker. This is not a part two to my last story, I plan to make this one longer and more interesting.
