Ripley Turner. She's a kickass girl living a kickass life in New York City. People call her 'The Girl On The Streets' or 'That Turner Girl'. Her tale isn't a sob story; to be frank, it's quite harsh, but it's realistic. Evangelina Jones. Daughter to one of the biggest families in New York. Perfect family, the neighbors would say. I want to be her, the girls at her school would say. The perfect life, everyone would say! Yeah...no. Evangelina hated everything about her life. Gemma Williams was an attractive girl with brown hair and hazel eyes. She caught almost all the eyes of the guys at Copper Cove High. She was also popular, but she trusted no one with her secret; her family was very poor. And then there was sweet Harmony Kinderwell, who loved to write but was very sarcastic and feisty. Probably the most sensible in the group. But she too hides a secret to herself, one she covers up with her personality. Selene Brookes scared nearly everyone on the streets, from the 10 year olds eating candy to even the dirty stray cats. She doesn't MEAN To, but she can't help it, considering her history was more than rough... Well, they're what you'd call normal Citizens of New York City in the year 2001. But an abandoned train station, a flash of light and fate changed it all... for the best and for the worst. (For readers, the cover is a visual, drawn by me, Penny. The one in the middle is Lina. Agent Ace had everything... but can they keep it...

One thing you learn at Jackson-Avery secondary school, you never mess with the Deck of Cards. No one knows much about the elusive members, just that they were rich, popular and completely dangerous. But students love gossip and have made themselves dedicated to the labels that the four wear. The Spades; led by Ace. A group made by the rebels, the rule breakers. Anyone who thought authority was bull. The Hearts; led by Clara. A group dedicated to peacemaking and loving each other. They were probably the least intimidating of the four. The Clubs; Zara led them. The group of analytics, of brainiacs with a manipulative side. Although they weren't in your face like the Spades, they were smarter. The Diamonds; Conrad. The group of narcissistic pretty kids. The rich kids. The ones who thought they were Gods gift to the world. Everyone seemed to make themselves apart of at least one of these groups. If not, you were an outcast. A joker. A wildcard. But something is off about the Deck of Cards. Something more sinister than highschool cliques, and I was going to find out what it was. That is if I don't get killed first.

COVER COMING SOON! Everyone knows the suits in a deck of cards, right? Clubs, Heart, Diamond and Spade. But have you ever heard of a suit killing one of their own? It seems like an odd thing to think about. But when there are four siblings who are just like a deck of cards, then your mind could wander a bit. But their siblings. Why would they kill their own flesh and blood? Maybe one wanted to rule, but they were the lowest of the lowest. Or maybe one wanted to get rid of the weaker siblings and have all the power to themselves. But what's with all the talk about power and killing? When you hear the horrific story about the Card siblings, things start to fall into place.

You (the reader) are sorted into a one of the many playing cards of a house and you must abide by the rules.the house is split up in to four parts of a family or mob.

4 players 1 winner. The aim of the game is to be the last standing bet and lose you get punished bet and win you choose the punishment.

"Once you've lifted the card, you can not go back." By a twist of fate, Rory Hawkins accidentally comes across her dead mother's unique deck of cards. She knew how dangerous they were, yet, her temptations got the best of her and Rory picks up an Ace of Hearts, unwittingly releasing Ace, a mythological creature known for his treacherous deals and thievery of hearts. It's said that, once he gets a hold of you, he'll slow down your heart and eventually stop it if you don't oblige to his commands. Ace commands Rory to gamble with at least 10 people in the span of 19 days and ruin their lives if she valued her own. She knows that once you make a deal with Ace of Hearts, you were bound to be stuck until your heart ceased to beat. Perhaps, if she hadn't been so poor at gambling, it wouldn't have been a problem.

The cards, the cards, there were many different types. Some as pointy as a diamond, and some as smooth as a rose. But there was one card, it was quite a wild card. The Joker, also known as the broken heart. Excluded from it's life, the Broken Card sets out it's revenge for the Dimension of Stars, the dimension that one of the Diamond cards have made. Also known as the Pink Card, or the Rose card, She set out for the destruction of the Dimension of Stars, the one that she created. She tried to destroy all the beauty of the Dimension, but she gave into the kindness of the Pink Card's jack, also known as the Prince of Cards, the Star Card. He likes to be called, Steven. The Crystal Cards are an alliance of different types or Cards, who defend the Deck of Worlds, also known as the Galaxy by few. But there is also another alliance, The Deck of Destroyers, who set out to destroy Dimensions and Decks. Their main enemy is the Crystal Cards, which don't even know that their main enemy exists. After making friends with the Crystal Cards, 'Spinel' is cornered on whether to betray the Crystal Cards and join the Deck of Destroyers, or defend the Deck of Worlds alongside the Crystal Cards. But... something is wrong. Is this world real? Or is it just a fantasy in a dark world? It's just a terrible nightmare, and they speak in riddles, and talk about decks of cards. Little did Spinel know, that the world was about to get a little more interesting for her. Spinel awakens her own powers, and she has to face challenges upon herself and the rest of the group. Welcome to caste prep! This is a rather small school but is very prestige, and you have been accepted. There is something a little different about this school though. In regular schools everyone had a role, your a nerd a jock a prep thing like that right? Well here you don't get to choose. The first day of class you draw a card from a deck and that's your role. There are four of each card accept the king, queen and Jack. King- the king Queen- the queen Jack- the Kings best friend/ right hand 10,9,8- preps and jocks always hanging out with the king, queen and Jack. Higher ranking 7,6,5- aren't necessarily popular but aren't nerds or geeks, more on the safe side. Middle ranking 4,3,2- geeks, goths and nerds, usually the subject of bullying but not to bad. Lower ranking Joker- target, bullied by everyone, targeted by all, people who don't follow there roles are also made into targets. Lower ranking Ace- bad ass, they are more of floaters, they still have to listen to the king but are known to beat people up Even if your card doesn't fit your personality you have to change or you become a target. Everyone has to listen to the king and queen ( the king and queen don't have to be dating, it more of a title ) Good luck!
