Those events the Wayne deaths in particular made him wonder how could something like this happen be treated so apathetically by the police and revelation of how corrupt the city is sent him to train for the day that his adopted city needs him. That day came where he became batman out of the fires of the near collapse of the USA after just after two years into his vigilante he and his allies will face a new breed of criminal. Guarding Gotham City he fights for the innocent, being a symbol of resistence. Waking the criminal puppetmasters from there relaxed slumber to fight him with burning determination, showing every inhabitant of Gotham that even those who threaten to be the most powerful, will never escape him. Unknown to the Bat, he was being watched. Observed by a power feared all over the world. Sending a young woman, trained by the best and living to kill, to Gotham City. Assigening her to test Gothams protector. Fighting him and making him face situation that every normal human being would break at. Being influenced by her masters words and orders she pushes Gothams dark knight as far to the edge of breaking as she can, never doubting her masters intention until she met the Batman face to face.
