Tsuna wasn't the only child that was born to sawada lemitsu and Nana . He had a twin,a younger twin sister who he grew up with. She was born with a power like no other,causing her to be born with a really frail body.She was taken to Italy at a young age , so she could train her body as to not be so frail.Another thing,As you know Tsuna was a chosen candidate for the vongola decimo position, but that position was split between him and his sister.Now read as two skies reign over the mafia.
