Hello everyone! Welcome to the journey of Abi and Ashu. A slow-burn romance story about growing up, the innocence of school love, the struggles of long-distance, and the harsh realities of balancing ambition with a relationship. Before you dive in, here's a little about what you're about to read: 1. Based on a True Story This story is heavily inspired by actual events from my life. Much of the narrative is drawn directly from my personal journals. Because of this, the writing style is journalistic and slice-of-life; it may feel repetitive at times, but that's because real life doesn't always follow a perfect movie script. While the core emotions and events are true, some fictional elements have been added to stitch the narrative together smoothly. Also the present day portions are completely fictional. Some chapters will also feature simple illustrations to bring certain moments to life. 2. The POV System The main story is told entirely from Ashu's point of view. You'll also notice some decimal chapters (like Chapter 5.5). These chapters are written from Abi's POV by my real-life girlfriend. These chapters retell moments from her perspective or include scenes Ashu never witnessed. 3. Language The story is set in a Tamil cultural context. Tamil dialogues are used to maintain the authenticity of emotions, and English translations are provided either immediately or through context. 4. A Small Disclaimer This is my first time writing a story. I'm not a professional author-I'm learning as I go. I've used AI tools to help with grammar and structure, but the heart, emotions, and experiences are entirely my own. Please forgive any rookie mistakes along the way. I hope you enjoy living through our memories. Happy Reading!

About My Short Stories This is an ongoing collection of short stories-each one inspired by the people who've left a mark on my life. Family, friends, coworkers, and even passing acquaintances all have their own stories, and here you'll find them captured in snapshots. Some are funny, some bittersweet, some unforgettable-but all of them are real moments seen through my eyes. A celebration of the characters we meet along the way, and the ways they shape who we become.

But in all that chaos, she left behind the one boy who understood her. While Cora was locked away in the Marrowbend Institute, fellow senior Hollis Greer was quietly diagnosed with a rare seizure disorder. Hollis only told those he needed to. He learned to hide it, paying close attention to his body and keeping a careful hold on what no one else was meant to see. Nothing threatens that careful balance like Cora Boone walking back into Stilllight. When Hollis's iron grip on his own body breaks, the violent fallout threatens to lock him inside the very nightmare Cora just escaped.

It's the era of mixtapes, shrink-wrapped CDs, and bass blasting from a boom box. It is sophomore year in a new school and mean girls who dash her hopes at fitting in. TO BUILD A HOME When photographer Jaine Gayle falls for the brilliant, untouchable Lev Atticus Soren, their small-town summer romance becomes the kind of love that quietly rearranges a life. But just as forever begins to feel within reach, Lev leaves-without explanation-and heartbreak is all Jaine has left to hold onto. Six years later, Lev returns as a formidable lawyer-ruthless in court, distant in person, and guarded in ways that make him almost unrecognizable... until he meets a little girl with his eyes. Ellie Eiden Soren. His daughter. Bound by truth, guilt, and a wildfire attraction that never truly died, Jaine and Lev are pushed into a marriage neither of them is ready for-yet both desperately need. As old wounds reopen and buried emotions claw back to the surface, they're forced to confront the past that broke them and the love that still refuses to let go. Now, standing between resentment and longing, they must decide: can something once shattered still be rebuilt... or will the same fire that brought them together burn everything down? A story of second chances, undeniable chemistry, and a love that refuses to stay buried. *** Author's note: Hi! This story was born from my craving for something soft, cliché, and comforting-so I wrote it myself. It's simple, emotional, and made to feel like a warm, familiar romance you can return to when you need it. This is basically a Beta testing for the story, what you're reading is a live draft, that I would love to share with you. By voting and actively engaging, I can craft better polishing for the final re-launching. Hence, this story will be taken down once the book is finished. And It will be re-published on fixed schedules after the polishing. Thank you so much for giving it a chance. And for sharing this journey with me.💗 Please excuse any small errors while polishing is ongoing. P.S. The cover changes with each arc!

Based on a true story. Hi, I'm Samantha. I met Gio in Malate in 2007. I was 19. He was 23. He didn't speak perfect English-but somehow, I understood him. He didn't say much, but when he looked at me... it felt like everything was said. I remember the nights-the loud streets of Malate, karaoke rooms, and moments that felt small but stayed with me the longest. I remember the night he came back holding a big teddy bear from Blue Magic, saying "I'm sorry" in the simplest way. We were in a long-distance relationship for 1 year and 2 months. Then, without a word, he disappeared for two months. One day, he suddenly called to surprised me, Gio was already in the Philippines. He stayed for a week, like nothing had changed. But after he went back to Korea... everything changed again. He became distant. Cold. And this time he never came back. In 2009, I went to Japan. I waited for months, hoping he would call. I even extended my visa, still holding on. But life moved forward. I met someone who knew my story and chose to stay. Five months later, he proposed. In 2010, I got married. My husband and Gio share the same age and the same birthday. And sometimes, on that day... I still remember him. Nineteen years later, I still have that teddy bear. This is not a perfect love story. It's about love, waiting, and learning how to let go. Because maybe... some people are not meant to stay. They are only meant to become a memory you carry with you wherever you go. "Some people are not meant to stay in your life... but they will always stay in your story."

She doesn't hate herself... she just doesn't know how to love herself either. In a world where everyone seems confident, loud, and sure of who they are, she feels like a blur-someone people look past without noticing. After going through things she never talks about, she starts to question everything-her worth, her voice, even her own reflection. She craves something so simple, yet so rare-someone to look at her and say, "You're enough. You're pretty. You matter." But what happens when the only validation she's searching for... slowly starts to break her even more? She doesn't want grand gestures or perfect love. She just wants someone who looks at her-really looks-and tells her she's pretty without her having to ask.

A compendium of poems and writings in poetic prose, words wrapped in nostalgic winds that endlessly arose, culminating in pragmatic storms that twist and pull the night, trying to restore those memories bathed in mystic light; of an evening so distant and hypnotic, so unpredictable and yet poetic, where moon and stars keep dancing to a melody, under a tragic sky...trying to end this eternal duel and mystery. __ Important Please do not copy, replicate modify or use my work. This is a personal literary work, which has taken me a great deal of effort to create. Therefore if necessary, I will do my best to take legal action against any attempt at plagiarism of any kind. **Please, stay original and let your own voice rise. A plagiarized text has no soul, no fire in its eyes; it's written by a writer with no passion left to show, living off his failures while his envy starts to grow. Longing to become the thing he praises from afar, chasing empty glory for a dream that's not his star. For it will never truly be his own until the day, he dares to face the nightmares he has let grow on the way; those tragic lies that numb him and keep his spirit torn. But if he overcomes them, a new self can be born-he'll stop betraying his own voice, once hidden deep within, that genuine writer still alive beneath his heart and skin.

~Some stories don't begin with words. They begin with a glance. ~Years passed, but that one moment never really faded. "Between unspoken feelings, confusion, distance, and unexpected closeness, their story unfolds like a memory you can't forget soft, blurry, yet deeply felt. It's about the kind of connection that grows silently, hurts quietly, and lingers longer than it should. Because sometimes, the most unforgettable stories... start with the smallest moments.
