The nation is at peace, until 2024 in Wisconsin. A student discovers an alley, with a scroll. Sebastian has been unsealed! Although, that means Kamikage AND General Madarame has broken out of the seal, and the Shadows have been revived, too. So that student, Adrian, and the "cat-boy", Sebastian, fight as Power Rangers Hidden Technique. Follow their story as they find the final 3 and save the world.
