Petunia Evans had spent her life in her younger twins shadow, not special enough for anyone. Too mundane, too muggle. Yet just as her life was truly beginning to start she is wrecked with the information of her younger sister's passing. And all of a sudden at 21 just months shy of finishing university she is now the sole parent to her nephew. And all she could think about was not messing him up like their parents had messed the Evans twins up. Remus Lupin had everyone he loved pulled away from him in one night, his entire pack vanished whether it was permenantly or whether it was behind bars. The only one left was his godson, and he would stop at nothing to find him and protect him. Only Remus never imagined his path would lead him to Petunia, Lily's older sister. The nightmare. The muggle. Yet the moment he meets her truly for the first time, not just in stories he realises that everything he had been lead to believe was one big lie.

Petunia Dursley was a sad pathetic woman who neglected a young child simply because of his parents and his blood. Petunia Evans on the other hand? A little girl, unhealed and not given the needed attention and love she craved. She watched her younger sister, the favorite sister, get a letter telling her she was a witch. She held magic powers. Why didn't Petunia? How come she, the first born, the one to inherit everything first in DNA, didn't get to be a witch as well? She couldn't understand as she grew older and meaner why she couldn't control herself as much, why she'd grown to be so vile. Couldn't understand how she could ever let a child be treated in the ways he was and yet she could and somewhere in Petunia Dursley was Petunia Evans and Petunia Evans didn't like Petunia Dursley one bit. Mainly Harry Potter (goes by film versions) - JK Rowling has lost my respect ever since she tweeted transphobic and homophobic tweets over a recent period of time. My love for Harry Potter has not changed, however. Though it is her work, I still strongly dislike her and her way of thinking with the transgender community and LGBT+ community. Follow Lily Evans as she fights through her first year at Hogwarts! I'll probably add more to this as I continue the book, I've only got loose planning at the moment. Warning, updates will be the least consistent thing in he world, but I'll try to remember o actually write the book. I don't own any of the characters, settings and a lot of ideas (apart from a select few made up characters and places, but a lot of it is based of canon characters and families and places) they all belong to JK Rowling, who wrote a fantastic book series, but is definitely not the most fantastic person.
