************ "Why in the name of God are you dressed like that? Are you perhaps carrying a bomb or something?" I asked. Instead of rolling her eyes at me, or raising her eyebrows, or giving me the finger, or doing anything that would show her disapproval, She laughed. She laughed. Just like that. Her laugh was so breathtakingly beautiful. I instantly thought Jesus. This girl needs to be mine! Upon hearing it. "No. I'm not carrying a bomb. And I'm dressed like this because I'm Muslim. And because I like being dressed like this." She answered. "Oh really? Muslim? Where'd you come from then?" I'd asked. "Umm from Sacramento , California ?" I'd arched an eyebrow at her reply. "No. Like seriously where do you come from? Is it Saudi Arabia? Egypt? Syria? Where?" This time, she really did roll her eyes. "Dude. I'm American. Born and raised. I've lived here my entire life. I know no other place than this." "Wow. You just said dude guess that makes you American." I'd muttered under my breath. "Come again?" She retorted. "Nothing." I shrugged. "Sir you do know that I can report you for this right?" She'd asked, cocking her head to the side and smiling a little. "Names Adam. Nice meeting you Eve. Let's get along." She burst out laughing. "That's so lame you know. My names not Eve, and I don't think I'll ever be your Eve , Adam." *********** Adam White , a good Christian , fell in love with Sarah Saleh , a good Muslim. Wait, what? Is that even possible? Will their beliefes clash too much and stop them from progressing? Or will Cupid's arrows be a little too strong and lead Adam into a new world? You'll hopefully learn many new things about Islam and Christianity while enjoying this cute , love story at the same time~ Let's see how far we can take this story~ ♡ Xxx Tima E.

She believed life could be arranged into meaning. Faith, discipline, ambition, each part aligned like architecture. She was the kind of woman who trusted coherence, who thought a soul was meant to live as one complete truth. Then he appeared. Not as a lover, but as an interruption. A man from another world, another belief, another philosophy of desire. Brilliant in public, untouchable in the way he carried himself, like someone who belonged to motion more than to roots. Their connection began innocently: conversations, shared visions, the quiet electricity of recognition. But intimacy rarely arrives as a decision. It arrives as erosion. A glance held too long. A silence that felt too full. A closeness that slipped beneath language and lodged itself somewhere deeper than intention. They met in fragments of time, as though fate itself refused to offer them an ordinary space to exist. Distance became a ritual. Anticipation became a kind of hunger. And hunger, she discovered, is never only physical. It is psychological.

She lies there staring at the ceiling, replaying his voice saying "maa" again and again, wondering if that word is strong enough to carry them through whatever comes next. He stares at the prayer mat folded in the corner, thinking about the dua he made tonight - not for an easy path, just for strength to keep choosing her. Tomorrow they'll wake up to different alarms, different prayers, different mothers asking why they look tired. That's another possibility I've been working on. One where he'd gotten tired of me years ago and left me at some side-street motel and everything since then has just been up to random, shit chance. Case spoke to the officers with a fake, scrunched look, nodding along to their words as if the ringing in his ears wasn't drowning out their voices like it was for me. Maybe God had abandoned me a long time ago. ━╋ Alternatively; a Dixie girl with misplaced religious psychosis, a catholic burnout, and an unpaid intern uncover an unspeakable string of horrors in the rural woods of West Virginia.

A respectful, simple explanation of the Qur'an using authentic Arabic text, word-for-word meaning, and easy English for everyday understanding. 📚 Source & Methodology The Arabic text used in this work follows the Uthmani script of the Qur'an as preserved in the Madani Mushaf (Mushaf al-Madina). The word-for-word literal meanings are derived primarily from Saheeh International and Abdel Haleem's English translation, with careful cross-checking against classical tafsir sources, including Tafsir Ibn Kathir and Tafsir al-Jalalayn, to ensure no deviation from the core and accepted meanings. The simple English explanations are my own layman paraphrasing, written solely to aid understanding for general readers. These explanations are not a translation of the Qur'an, but an attempt to convey the intended meaning while remaining faithful to the original message. Additional cross-references have been made using Quran.com for consistency and verification.

Ryazan, one of the grandest cities in all Rus', lays along the war path of ten thousand Tatar warriors eager to seize the spoils of a short-fought campaign: the women of the city and gold from its treasury. Having set up camp on the riverbank outside the city, they await a reply from the envoys of Grand Prince Yuriy. As the Grand Prince deliberates, his brothers both caution and council him. If Ryazan falls, the rest of Rus' may be next ─ an outcome his people grow ever more wary of, turning to priests and heretics alike as rumor and fear run rampant inside the city walls. Finally left untended, the Polovtsian princess Yanay, conquered once before, now belonging to one of the Grand Prince's brothers, quietly observes these developments. She prays to her old gods when she can, and aligns herself with a young Tatar captive and soon-to-be deposed priest, all the while secretly seeking her freedom and revenge. ──────── ☽ ◯ ☾ ──────── A retelling of the Siege of Ryazan complete with rageful women and warrior princes; gods both kind and cunning; and sin aplenty. Many say that forgiveness brings healing. "You forgive for yourself, not the person who hurt you. You forgive to set yourself free." These words ring in Winnie's mind in a never-ending loop as she tries to find her way to happiness after escaping a dangerous cult, where she's betrayed and abandoned by her fiancé. "You bring out the worst in me and I love you for that. You're my everything, I don't and can't exist outside of you. You're everything that's wrong with me and I'm everything that's right with you. I bring out the best in you and you love me for that. Where you go, I go. Where I go, you go. When I die, you die. When you die, I die."

I haven't seen many stories involving the god of speed so I figured I would make one myself. We follow the story of Savitar, the god of speed, after his final battle against the flash. In the midst of their battle, the speedforce drags Savitar into their realm and warn him of a threat that will bring two worlds into war with each other. Savitar agrees to step in and dispose of the threat and is sent to a new world, or in this case, hell. Join Savitar as goes on a journey filled with danger, adventure, and romance? Warning: Given the content that Helluva Boss has, it requires that I get out of my comfort zone and write very grotesque stuff. This is why there will be extreme violence and language, and various things that would be considered mature content, which is why this will probably be one of my only stories getting a mature rating. Acts: Act 1: A Rise to Power (Incomplete) Act 2: Helluva Boss Season 1 (Incomplete) Act 3: (incomplete) Act 4: (incomplete) Act 5: (incomplete) P.S. Not good at descriptions. Hope you understand. Any pictures shown don't belong to me unless said otherwise. All pictures belong to their respective artists. I don't own anything except for my OC and the OC's story arc.

"In a world where children are portfolios and failure is a 'System Leak,' she was engineered for perfection-until she fell for the error." In the Enclave of New Providence, perfection isn't a goal-it's a debt. Beyond high stone walls, the Creed of Divine Equity treats families as corporate portfolios and children as "Optimized Assets." In this network of elite schools, you are either outperforming the generation before you or you are a "System Leak" waiting to be erased. Child #3 is the District's crown jewel. The middle daughter of a family fighting for their seat on the National Council, she is a "rare-breed" academic engine and D1 basketball prospect. They call her the Lion of God. Her body is a tactical shell; her mind is a biological processor. Both were engineered to pay a debt she never created. But the machine glitches when a scholarship student arrives from the city beyond the gates. A "theological error" in a leotard, the newcomer is a ballerina who doesn't believe in the math of human worth. With a "Low Yield" dream of a performing arts college, she is the unauthorized variable the family has been trained to liquidate. When the Academy's Vice Principal assigns her daughter to "optimize" the newcomer through a brutal mentorship, the "Machine" begins to fracture. The dancer's unauthorized grace is a virus in the athlete's programming. As late nights over textbooks turn into a forbidden pull, the athlete unearths a truth hidden in the heart of the Creed: A life that can't be measured is the only one worth living. With the National Conference approaching and the pressure to keep the family solvent reaching a breaking point, Child #3 must decide: Will she remain the altar where her soul is burned, or will she become the variable that crashes the Creed forever?
