Slow burn Reddie fic. Story begins at the beginning of summer. Mainly Richie's POV, sometimes Eddie. No Pennywise - au, but there's still conflict. First time writing a story so I'm still learning. But please give it a chance.

Sequel to I Loser-Love You

Can he shake off the leech that followed him from his purgatory and heal what lies inside him, or will he be stuck between worlds forever?

I'm not a big fan of angst, but I can give it a go if you want. I don't do smut. So, I just looked through this again, I originally wrote this in 2020 and found that I had made another story but hadn't published it so thought I may as well now, there were two others I half wrote, we'll see if I can finish them, bear in mind I haven't written anything about Reddie for about 4 years!!

Richie couldn't deal with Eddie's death, so he didn't. He threw himself back into 1957 before he even knew about It. Back when he was just twelve. Back when Eddie was alive. He called it coping. Mike called him crazy.

Richie didn't have a childhood. Yes, he was a kid. He had parents and friends and he went to school and was educated, but it wasn't the best. His dad made his life hell. His mom made his life hell. Bullies made his life hell,,, He was beaten and abused mentally as well, teachers nor counselors didn't help at all. It wasn't until he finally got a therapist that he was diagnosed with Depression, Anxiety, and PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder). His therapist also introduced him to something. "Have you tried Age Regression as a coping mechanism?" "Have I tried,, what?" ----- The Losers have all been dating for about 2 years now. They're in a big polyamorous relationship. One day, Richie comes home from a long day at work and just completely breaks down, into Stanley's arms. Stan was the only one home that night and he'd have to have a serious talk with the others the next morning.

Well, all but Mike who insisted he had too much work to finish at their farm that weekend to hang out. Of course, everyone was bummed, but saw his point, and respected the love he has for his family. Besides, without Mike there they have an even amount of people to split up into groups. See, Bill had suddenly gotten an interest in birds and was looking to buy one soon. Richie of course bugged him in private about this all being for his crush on Stanley. It wasn't Bill's fault Stanley's hair was so perfect, and his eyes so alluring. And of course, his love for birds was so adorable that it actually managed to convince Bill, to convince Georgie, to convince their parents to let them get a bird. Richie called Bill loverboy all the time now, and no one has caught on to why just assuming it was one of Richie's random antics. 〕 *i tried to stick with the characters personalities as best as i could, but you can only get so far before slipping into your imagination i guess!
