when Lincoln was running away from his house and his family, he accidentally stumbled into a hole that led into a large cave. there he discovers a mysterious and strange otherworldly architect. when he suddenly activated he was curious about his technology and how alien it is. when he touched it he was pulled in and is transported to a planet far far away to a Galaxy. now it is up to Lincoln to figure out a way back home as he survives an ocean planet filled with aquatic alien species that are both beautiful and dangerous. utilizing unknown technology that he is forced to understand and use. although survival isn't going to be easy for him, for there is something else that he needs to deal with. ⚠️ SPOILER WARNING ⚠️ This book is based off a video game called Subnautica and does contain spoilers! 🔴 NOTICE 🔴 I'm currently working on editing this book so expect lots of random updates and changes. The main storyline will pretty much stay the same though. Olivia Miller and Brooks Green were crew members aboard the largest ship launched by Alterra, the Aurora. The spacecraft was on its way to the Adrien Arm within Federation Space to construct a new phase gate. But a secretive side mission, which most of the crew was unaware of, was to be completed on the way. The Aurora was to preform a slingshot maneuver around an ocean planet but unexpectedly, it was shot down by a mysterious weapon. Olivia and Brooks were the only two survivors out of the entire crew. Now they needed to pull together to find some way off of the alien planet covered in oceans and inhabited by undiscovered creatures. But unknown to them, the planet was in serious danger from a bacteria floating within the waters. A mystery that would send Olivia and Brooks diving to the deepest part of the ocean in order to save this planet and themselves. (This game was created by Unknown Worlds Entertainment and I do not own this game. I do use the actual recordings from the game so they are written in between ** these symbols and are also not mine. Also I made the book cover myself but do not own the artwork I had used)

This story is Subnautica and Sub: Below Zero based. I include only one species that isn't at all canon to the game which is mermaids/mermen. The story follows A young mermaid that goes by the name of Venus. She's an average everyday creature that follows her own rules and will every now and then break a few. It's thousands of years after the Precursors have disappeared and Alterra has moved on. (Disclaimer: Any of the pictures/videos used through this story are not mine. Including the story cover.)
