The northern kingdoms have long been isolated, and so grudges and feuds are left to grow. Like waves time brings good fortune, peace and prosperity in between war, plague and famine.

The first part of Waiting for Spring follows the young and naive girl April, enticed by fairy-tales of castle walls, rose gardens, gallant knights and flowery dresses. With all of her dreams and hope outside her village in the heart of the forest, her wanderlust urges her to get away. Yet when plot and vengeance of others finds it way to her peaceful home, the long anticipated journey into the world turns out to something not fit for children's bedtime stories.

The Escaped Princess

36 parts Complete

**COMPLETED** "Then leave. Come with us." I almost laugh at the absurdity of his suggestion, "I can't. I can't just leave. They'll never let me just leave." When 16 year old Princess Elisa steps outside the walls of her palace for the first time a whole new world awaits her. Friendship, family, adventure and maybe even love, but then reality bites back, a new threat arises and suddenly Elisa has to face her past, even if it means risking everything.
