In a colorful, metallic world, Robots lived happily and worked and played as we do today. But this species has a dark little secret.   Some Robots are not exactlyRobots at all, but wolves.  
Legend says, when the world comes to an end, Paradise would appear but only wolves were the only creatures to find it. 
Though, Rodney Copperbottom is very confused by such a fairytale and can hardly explain to himself who or what he is.  He is supposedly the last Arctic Wolf in the world, so he wishes to know the truth of his kind and this so called "Paradise."
He ends up in a huge city known as "Robot City".  There, he meets wolves just like him but they have been hiding in the shadows as wolves.
