"I don't have to listen to you" I said crossing my arms over my chest. "Oh but you have to." A smirk pulling at his lips as he took a step closer to my small figure, "I am twice your height," he leaned down to my ear to whisper "And I always get what I want." A shiver went down my spine when he said that, but I can't let him know I have weakened. "Well I'm sorry to disappoint you, but your streak is about to end" I said turning around to walk to my room. "And you exaggerated, you aren't double my height." I say over my shoulder. He put his hands on my waist before I could take a step, and he turned me back around "Oh pepe you just made a mistake. You are challenging me, and you will lose." "I am not challenging you, I'm just not someone you can control." I said trying to squirm out of his grip. "Watch your back." Is all he whispers before he heads into his room chuckling. _____ Aubrey is entering college and her parents made her share an apartment with her older brother and his roommate. Unintentionally challenging her roommate into authority around the apartment, could make her life worse or better... The two both have suffered tragic losses, but maybe that's the ultimate thing that can bring them together.
