Forced to sail to the sun-drenched kingdom of Ardalone to fulfill a marriage alliance, Prince Thomas of Pretania must choose one of the Ardalonian princesses to be his wife. But every choice comes with consequences.
Spurned by Thomas' older brother, Princess Dulciana stands to inherit the throne as she is eldest, but only if she marries an Ardalonian noble. Second-in-line Prince Frederico will do anything to ensure that doesn't happen.
But beyond the palace gates, a rebellion is stirring...and if there's one thing Prince Thomas excels at, it's stirring up trouble.

WARNING: MAJOR SPOILERS FOR THE SEASON SERIES! (Though I'm going to do my best to ensure you can read as a standalone if you don't want to read the first two.)

***This is book two in the Royally Series, You MUST read book one (Royally Sheltered) FIRST before reading this. If you haven't read that, spoilers will be in this description.*** Catherine Carter has done what no one, including her, thought she would be able to do. She's gotten past a lot of her anxiety issues, made some friends, fallen in love, and has been named the top student of the Royal Academy. She's the first in line to become the next queen of Alumbridge, and be married to the Prince. Except, the Prince and her have had a falling out because of the secrets he's hidden from her. While they had originally fallen in love, Catherine can't tell if any of the actions or words of affirmation have been real. And with him being in on the protest she started against his establishment, she's feeling like she's been betrayed. Four months later, the Academy is opening back up, and Catherine is as numb and emotional as she's ever been. She feels eager to go back to continue her protest and see her friends, but she's also scared to go back and face the Prince who she still has overwhelming feelings towards. As antagonistic forces loom in the distance, and Catherine's protest gets closer and closer to becoming an event, Catherine has to confront everything that she's come to know and believe so far. She has to confront both the past actions and past emotions that she's been putting off dealing with for the past few months. She has to figure out a way to work with the Prince, who she'd rather not see ever again, and deal with the revelations regarding him. But most of all, Catherine has to decide if she wants to continue on her current life path, or make a decision that will change the trajectory of her life forever.

****This is book three in the Royally Series. You MUST read book one (Royally Sheltered) and book two (Royally Uncovered) FIRST before reading this. Spoilers will be in this description.**** After the tragic death of her sister, Catherine Carter is seeking revenge. Newly engaged to the Prince and heir to the throne of Alumbridge, she's ready to steal the crown and take over as ruler of the country. However, that comes with a few setbacks. While her prince is technically heir to the throne, the only way for them to accomplish nearly everything they want to is to eliminate members of the monarchy who would rebel against them and their agenda permanently. Which of course, is Catherine's new objective even if that wasn't the case. Catherine, once against violence, holds no mercy for those in power anymore. Not after Charlotte. So it's simple: Start a rebellion, murder a few people, and take the kingdom.... right? Well, not really. After the events of the last book, Catherine's group is in shambles. Almost everyone is at odds with each other, and other people in Catherine's life aren't making this transition period easy. Without a unified group, this rebellion goes nowhere, and Catherine knows this. In order to get anywhere near the crown she needs to unify her group, get her message out there to others, somehow train her and the group well enough to withstand battle, somehow help her prince step into the role he was born for, deal with familial conflicts, and of course somehow find a way to hold everything together despite being in the deepest stages of grief. Catherine is at a very sticky point. She either has to rise to the occasion and her title or end up meeting the same fate as her sister.

26 parts Complete

Everything was going fine in the rebellion until the prince showed up. Or, according to the leader at least. Prince William claimed to "know intel about the enemies" and "be able to fight" and "not have a crush on the injured soldier boy he found on the journey." Yeah, right, Will. You keep telling yourself that. Meanwhile, Nico--Soldier 1017--is only trying to survive the night. With nothing and no one to save him from his upcoming execution for failing to follow orders, Nico's future looks pretty bleak. A raid and a rebellion bring them together. Every day they fight their pasts and their futures, and every day they promise to each other that they will make it to the sun, to the stars, and to the sky. Edited January 2024.
