Elise Letang is the twin sister of Penguins defenseman Kris Letang. After her mother died things changed she was forced to take care of her siblings. Her father is Mario Lemieux but that is hidden from the public to protect her and Kris. Will the public find out her secret or will her friends turn on her? Maybe one of Kris teammates will fall for her or maybe the rivals teammates will.


When Elise's cancer comes back and her world comes crashing down. Will she want to fight anymore? Or is the fight over before it even begins? 

But cancer isn't the only obstacle she will face. But maybe someone will give her hope and help her through it. Or maybe hope isn't enough to save her this time. In the end fate will always have it's toll.
