Steven learns slow about his powers while Rosita is highly advance as Steven and able to use her powers at the age of 4.But  Pearl want to attempt to kill Rosita so she can have Rose back. Rosita was able to avoid it but she felt betrayed. Rosita knew she and Steven we're going to move in with the crystal Gems and she thought that Garnet and amethyst will kill her along with Pearl so she ran away. She couldn't find somewhere to hide so she went to the home world worp pad Where Blue and Yellow diamond raise her to be the Highest General of Home world.
