After Beyla gets turned into a vampire, she follows the Miklaelson, but it isn't long before their mere presence is enough to remind her of all the guilt she feels for the death of young Henrik. She tries to find a way through it, but in trying to do so she will hurt her new family in ways she couldn't predict.

But when family calls and asks for help, will she answer? Or will she be too afraid to act?
