It's a rainy Tuesday night when Caroline Forbes leaves the bar her friend, Elena, and her were grabbing a few drinks at, searching for their other friend Bonnie. While doing so, Caroline finds herself caught in a horrifying situation as a creepy old man attempts to feel her up. 

However, right when Caroline thinks the worst is going to happen, a certain vampire shows up right in time, saving her from her misery in a brutal way. When she awakens from the terror, Caroline finds herself in an unfamiliar place- the beast's mansion.

Caught between anger and fear, Caroline must decide how to escape him without risking her life. 

All she knows is that he's a murderer, a villain, a beast- but maybe he has a good heart deep down after all...
