When her communication teacher comes up with the balloon project, Alexia wants to find the best way to tell her that the project sucked ass. She, instead, swallows her comments, and as a true student body president, agrees to be the one to lead the school in the Balloon Project. 

As she writes the letter, she doesn't put much effort in not trying to sound like a crazy person, after all, she expects the balloon tied to the letter to get stuck on a windmill somewhere. What she doesn't expect, is a return letter containing the number of the nearest mental hospital.
