Привет. Это некий дневник моего питания и мыслей по этому поводу. Сразу хочу сказать, что здесь вы НЕ прочитаете о том, как я морила себя голодом или сидела на различных диетах. Я против этого, потому что знаю цену здоровья. Только правильное питание, спорт и позитивный настрой поможет мне ;)  Моя цель: похудеть до желаемого веса, улучшить свое здоровье, изменить свои привычки, себя и образ жизни в целом.
