"Morgana," Merlin's voice broke, "I never wanted that to happen." Tears made their way to Merlin's eyes. Visible to Morgana. She wavered for a second then mumbled a spell and caught Merlin off guard.

His body went flying and hit a large stone, there was a loud crack, from his back or the stone he wasn't sure.
